The meetings are usually 1hour in length.   Cheques are distributed at the end of these meetings. Officials are paid for the games they officiated during the previous month.  For example: December games will be paid at the January meeting. If you do not attend these meetings you will not be paid.  Officials will receive their first pay cheques for Oct/Nov games at the December meeting. If you are refereeing hockey on this night, arrangements will be made so you can receive your cheque.  If a holiday falls on this Monday the meeting will move to Tuesday.  All meetings are held at the Ramada Hotel and Golf Dome. Junior meetings start at 7:00 p.m. Senior meetings start at 8:00 p.m.  Inquire at the front desk for the location of the meeting  The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in April and begins at 7:00 p.m. for all members. The exact date will be announced at the March meeting. Elections are held at this meeting.   Try to attend the meetings. Valuable information is discussed that directly pertains to hockey officiating.  There will be sign-up sheets at each meeting for upcoming tournaments. Officials who attend the meeting and indicate their availability will be given preferential treatment in the assignment of tournament games. Preference will also be given to officials who could not attend the meeting because they were officiating that night Reminder The SRA is your organization.
