- Keep the original Game Sheet;
- Make a written report on the back of the sheet as detailed above
- Complete an SHA Game Report form;
- Telephone or fax the report to the appropriate person by noon the next day (see below for appropriate person);
- Mail the original game sheet and SHA Game Report within 24 hours of the game completion to the appropriate person (once again, see below for appropriate person); and
- For Rules 71 and 80, mail a copy of the Game Sheet and SHA Game Report to SHA Referee-in-Chief for the province
