Goal:

To recognize the efforts of Saskatoon Referee Association (SRA) members who are positively contributing to the SRA and who are continuing their studies at a recognizable post secondary educational institution in Saskatoon. 



Who can apply?

SRA members who have registered in a recognizable post secondary educational institution in Saskatoon.



Program Specifics:
 
Two (2) - $1000.00 bursaries awards.
 
Please note: the amounts of the bursaries will vary from one year to the next depending on actual annual revenues collected by the SRA.  


 
Criteria: 
  • Active SRA member in good standing for a period of two (2) years.
  • A cover letter with your name, address, telephone number(s) and attach two (2) letters of reference
  • A one (1) page essay detailing your positive contribution to the Saskatoon Referee’s Association – highlighting any officiating development programs you have been involved in (i.e. supervisions completed, mentorship participation, volunteering at any SRA events, provincial game assignments, SaskFirst, etc.).
  • Confirmation from the post-secondary educational institution in Saskatoon indicating that you are registered fulltime to start classes in the fall of 2008.   

 Deadline for submissions is May 31, 2008.
